RCIA
Classes are held on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM. Attendees are encouraged to come to the 10:00 AM Mass before if possible.
We will gather at the back door to the school at 11:00 AM and proceed to the Religious Education Office in the school. Can’t wait to see you there!
Who Can Attend RCIA?
RCIA is designed to prepare adults for the reception of the Sacraments of Initiation—Baptism, Communion and confirmation (hence the name
"Rite of Christian Initiation"). This includes Catholics who have never finished their sacraments and persons who are not Catholics
who would like to become Catholic. However, any adult who would like to simply learn more and grow in understanding about the Church is welcome.
Catholics who have received all of their sacraments can provide needed support to the newer persons and are invited (though not required) to
become team members.
If you or someone you know may be interested, please contact Judene Indovina in the rectory for more information. The Lord is waiting to give you
the fullness of His grace. We are here to help!
Team Members Welcome!
Do you have a love for God? Do you want to find a meaningful way to share the Faith with other adults? Do you have a spirit of friendship? Then perhaps
you would like to be a part of the RCIA team. Team members provide support to the adults preparing to receive their sacraments and/or enter the Catholic
Faith. This is a critical moment in the lives of our candidates and Christian friendship is important for their growth. Team members will not be required
to attend all classes. Please contact Judene for more information.
